It’s entirely up to you! You can either stay home during the cleaning or let us in with provided instructions. If you’re not available, feel free to leave a key with a doorman or in a safe spot. Just make sure to inform us ahead of time.

Our deep cleaning service is perfect for spaces that haven’t been cleaned in a while, move-in/out cleanings, or post-construction jobs. It includes all tasks in a standard cleaning, plus extra detailing like cleaning inside the fridge, oven, and cabinets, deep bathroom cleaning, baseboards, radiators, and more. We also pay special attention to pet hair removal for furry friends!

You can cancel or reschedule a deep cleaning with no penalty as long as it’s before 48 hours of the appointment. If you need to cancel within the 48 hours timespan, you have the option to reschedule that week. Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the total appointment cost.
